Work environment & benefits

Located in a refurbished textile mill in Springfield, Massachusetts, our office is designed to encourage deep work and teamwork alike. Always professional but never corporate, the converted industrial space provides privacy and quiet spaces for independent work but also fosters interaction for more collaborative assignments. Office perks include an espresso maker, hot dog roller, and popcorn machine. We know. It’s crazy.

GPI provides health insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions as well as paid time off & flex time. Supplemental benefits are also available.
